Globalization

Actually everywhere we hear the word globalization. In fact, the word is globalized. I remember when my niece Lucia was six years old; was watching TV and heard the word globalization. She speaks Spanish, and globo means balloon in Spanish. She didn’t know that language the meaning of this word, so she asked me. Globalization means that the world is inside of a balloon. Really, Lucia was almost right about this. Globalization is an economic, technologic, social and cultural process that consists of communication and interdependence between different countries of the world. This process unifies economic markets, cultures and societies through a series of social, economic and political transformations that make a global character. Globalization is a dynamic process that it is generated in societies where people live in democratic capitalism or liberal democracy. A lot people agree with this process because Globalization has opened its door to the technology revolution and it makes everything more connected, but many people think that globalization economic only benefits rich countries. In my opinion time will know if globalization is beneficial or not to developing countries.
